Delivery Info

All orders less than £150 (excl VAT) will have a standard shipping charge of £6.95.

All orders of £150(excl VAT) or more will be delivered free of charge.

Please note these charges apply to UK mainland customers only. The delivery charges are for orders to be delivered in England, Scotland and Wales. In cases where the delivery address is in a remote area of the country extra delivery costs may be incurred.

If you require delivery to an offshore destination in the UK, please contact us before placing your order for a quote for shipping costs.

Shipping to Ireland and all UK offshore destinations costs £20 per order. Orders over £500 qualify for Free Delivery.

If you require your order to be delivered to another European country or to another part of the world, please contact us for a shipping quotation before placing your order.

We are happy for you to either collect your order in person or arrange collection by your own courier.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of the payment clearing. Orders are normally sent via courier on a next day delivery service.

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to ensure it is dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity. We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives.

Plus Marketing will not take liability of any delays caused by our carriage providers.

Most deliveries will require signature on delivery, we therefore recommend that you get your order delivered to an address where there will be someone reliable to receive the order.

If there is no one to sign for the parcel, a card will be left for you to contact the local depot to re-arrange delivery at a convenient time or for you to collect the order from the depot.
